The DPVT takes your privacy very seriously and proceeds with your data as follows:
Access data: access data are not recorded.
Inventory data: insofar as a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, or provisions of such an agreement are to be specified or changed, we will collect and use your personal data to the extent that this is required to fulfil these purposes.
Usage data: we collect and use your personal data, when needed, in order to facilitate the demands of our online services (usage data). In particular, this includes your identification data and indication of the beginning and end and the extent of use of our site.
Information right: as a user of our internet services you have the right to demand information from us concerning the storage of data relating to your person or your pseudonym. This information may also be provided in electronic form upon request.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
The DPVT will neither sell nor loan your contact data to third parties.
By order of the competent authorities, the DPVT may in an individual case be legally obliged to provide information on inventory or usage data if this is necessary to carry out prosecution proceedings, to prevent crimes, to fulfil the legal requirements or to enforce intellectual property rights.
